The WDL-RGQ-350 gas-fired aluminum melting and holding furnace is a high-performance industrial unit engineered for the efficient melting of aluminum and aluminum alloys. 3. Combustion System

Equipped with a high-efficiency gas burner, the system includes automatic ignition, temperature control, and flame monitoring. When the set temperature is met, the burner stops automatically; when temperature drops below the threshold, it re-ignites to maintain stable melting conditions.

4. Hydraulic Tilting System

A powerful and smooth hydraulic tilting mechanism enables safe pouring and easy operation, especially suitable for continuous casting or ladle transfer.
