High-Speed Pulse Combustion Galvanizing Furnace with Uniform Temperature Distribution

The combustion system within WUXI WONDERY INDUSTRY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD.'s galvanizing line represents cutting-edge thermal engineering. Featuring four TJ200 high-speed pulse burners delivering 528kW each, the system employs innovative pulse combustion technology that alternates burners in precise sequences to maintain exceptional temperature uniformity. Traditional galvanizing furnaces often exhibit temperature variations exceeding 30°C, but our design reduces this to under 10°C across the entire zinc bath, significantly extending pot life and improving coating consistency.

Temperature management follows a sophisticated dual-control strategy. Two K-type thermocouples monitor furnace temperature as the primary control parameter, while two additional thermocouples measure zinc bath temperature as the reference standard. When zinc temperature approaches the 450°C setpoint, the system automatically reduces furnace temperature, preventing thermal overshoot through predictive algorithms. This precise control prevents localized overheating that can accelerate pot corrosion while ensuring optimal zinc fluidity for superior coating adhesion.

The combustion system's safety features are equally impressive. Dual natural gas supply lines provide 100% redundancy, while pressure monitoring at four points ensures consistent fuel delivery. Ultraviolet flame detection systems on each burner provide immediate shutdown in case of flame failure, and gas leak detection systems offer early warning of potential hazards. The entire combustion process operates under negative pressure, preventing escape of combustion products into the working environment.
